Original 1922 oil on canvas titled "Long Bunker Shot, Pinehurst No. 2" by Henry Ives Cobb, Jr. 

Son of the famous architect Henry Ives Cobb, he graduated from Harvard in 1904 and went to Paris to study architecture at the Ecole des Beaux Arts. He returned to New York City in 1906 and became a member of the Art Students League of New York, as well as the Society of Independent Artists and the Royal Academy. He later studied under renown impressionist Childe Hassam. He is primarily known for his paintings of scenes in and around Manhattan, especially Central Park.
